Several ticket tiers will be available for the 2019 event. To be released in March.

Scholarships available on a limited basis, as well as reduced ticket fees for accepted speakers and volunteers.


When to Arrive & Leave

The Art of Retreat 2019 North America event starts at 7pm on Thursday, September 26th, 2019; please arrive promptly on-site by 5pm to find your accommodations, tour the sites, and prepare for event programming. The event ends on Sunday, September 29th, 2019 at 1 pm.

Please prepare to leave the site by 3pm with all belongings.

Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
The Sea-Tac Airport is approximately two hours away by drive from Lake Wenatchee, accessible by Rt. 2 both west and east.

Vehicle ride-share tickets (to get to&from Seattle) will be available for purchase as an optional add-on apart of your registration.

Alternatively attendees are welcome to bring their own vehicles to the site. Vehicles must be pre-approved.


On-site housing comprises of rustic cabins that sleep 8 people. Attendees will be assigned into the cabins which contain bunk beds, basic lighting, a wood burning stove, and sockets. Bathrooms are open 24/7 in the main lodge and zen center.

Mattresses are in each bunk but attendees must bring their own sleeping bag and pillow.

WiFi & Electronics

There is limited access to WiFi onsite in Lake Wenatchee. Phone service onsite is functional but limited as well. Expect slow connection speeds even when connected to the WiFi.

Security & Entry

Everyone will be searched upon entry. Weapons and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Violators will be fined, removed from the event if necessary, and barred entry to any future event.


Attendees are welcomed and encouraged to bring additional gear—from things to decorate your cabin base with to slacklines, instruments, things to assist you in your night missions, and beyond…

Anything brought on site but be taken off site.

Staying Fueled

In addition to meals, participants will have access to water, tea, and coffee throughout the day. While some snacks will be provided, we welcome participants to also bring any additional food they wish.
